NEW YORK CITY-SL Green Realty Corp. and Jeff Sutton have completed the acquisition of another Times Square building for $136.55 million. The joint venture has purchased I. Miller Shoe Building, a 15,000-square-foot structure at 1552 Broadway situated on the northeast corner of 46th Street.
The four-story property was sold by the Riese Organization. Jon Caplan, Ron Cohen, Scott Latham and Richard Baxter from Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets marketed the property. For the full story, go to New York Post .
