NEW YORK CITY-The Standard Security Life Insurance Company of New York has inked a lease renewal deal for five years with Jack Resnick & Sons for 13,803 square feet at 485 Madison Avenue. The asking rent for the space was in the mid-$40s range.
The insurance company has been headquartered at the Madison Avenue building for the last 30 years. In the deal, the tenant was represented by Studley, while the landlord had in-house representation. For the full story, go to New York Post .
