ORLANDO-Morrison Commercial Real Estate has closed the sale of a flex building in Lake Mary.

ORLANDO-Morrison Commercial Real Estate has closed the sale of a flex building in Lake Mary. Regions Bank has sold an office/warehouse building spanning 562,817 square feet at 2452 Lake Emma Road for $9 million.

The property was sold to American Real Estate Partners, LLC. Lisa Bailey with Morrison Commercial Real Estate and Ross Kirk with CLW Property Services Group represented the seller, while Karen E. Poydenis with Vero Beach-based Poydenis Properties, LLC represented the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
