THORNTON, CO-New Vision Housing Partners LP has sold a 208-unit apartment complex in Thornton for $14.43 million. The Adams County Housing Authority, trading as Creekside Operating LLC, has purchased the Creekside Place Apartments for $69,388 per unit.

The complex, located near I-76 and Highway 224, was constructed in 1973 and refurbished in 1999. This apartment community, which comprises one, two, three and four bedrooms, was 97% occupied at closing. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
