NEW YORK CITY-Two fashion tenants have signed leases totaling7,300 square feet of space at Savitt Partners’ 5307th Ave. Big Strike, a manufacturer of sportswear andother apparel for women, renewed and expanded for 5,600 square feetin the top floor of the building, where asking rents run $65 persquare foot. In a separate deal, Capella Brands, which representsbrands such as New York Laundry and Hot Cotton, signed on for 1,700square feet. Asking rents for the space Capella will occupy run $50per square foot.

Marc Schoen and Michael Schoenrepresented Savitt in-house in all the transactions and alsorepresented Big Strike in its lease. Winoker Realty’s MarcMiller represented Capella Brands.
