LONDON-London & Stamford Property has signed an agreement with Kilmorie Investments LLP to obtain the long leasehold stake in 74 residential units as well as 30 car parking lots at The Apartments located at 131-143 Clapham Road in Oval, London. The company will acquire the interest for GBP 24.4 million.
