Renovated Miami Lakes Business Center Inks Two Leases

MIAMI-Miami Lakes Business Center is bucking the high vacancy trends in Miami Lakes after a $5-million renovation.

MIAMI-Keystone Property Group’s $5 million-plus renovation of its Miami Lakes Business Center is paying off. The developer has inked two new leases in a submarket that has seen its challenges during the downturn.

Dade Medical College leased 39,971 square feet in an expansion. This site offers a Dade Medical College a geographic stronghold in Northern Dade and Southern Broward counties. Irving Diaz of Irving Diaz & Associates represented the tenant. Advanced Data Processing leased 18,122 square feet and expects to relocate in first quarter 2012. Steve Gaunt of CRESA Partners represented ADT.
