MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ-Drake and Presti ENT Surgical Associates, LLC has signed a long-term lease for 2,800 square feet of office space at the former Bank of America space at 213 Summit Road here, says NAI James E. Hanson, which represented owner Delaney Real Estate Holdings LP.

The 7,314-square-foot, two-story property is now 100% leased. Drake and Presti will begin a complete renovation of the site, including removing the walk-in bank vault.

"Drake and Presti are currently located in Westfield, the next town over, and their new location in Mountainside will enable the practice to maintain an accessible location that is convenient to their patients," says Russell J. Verducci, Hanson sales associate, in a statement. "Additionally, this location affords them the opportunity to build out the space to their exact specifications."

The asking rent for the building, according to LoopNet, was $20 per square foot. Other current listings in the area range from $15 per square foot to $20 per square foot, the site says.
