PHOENIX-Santa Monica, California-based CREF Windsor LLC has acquired Mountain Park Ranch, an apartment complex consisting of 360 units at 13820 S. 44th St. in Phoenix's Ahwatukee area, from Boston-based Windsor at the Preserve LLC. The purchase price was not disclosed, but a Maricopa County recorder's office statement shows that the property changed hands for roughly $44.6 million.
