BROOKLYN, NY-A developer, who was trying to convert his family's Williamsburg storehouse into apartments, has finally sold the project. When Greenpoint and North Williamsburg were rezoned in 2005 for residential use, Ramon Maislen planned to change the 30,000-square-foot building at 139 N. 10th St. to 29 condominiums or rentals.

Recently, Maislen has sold the property for $6.1 million just as the project was ready start. Brooklyn-based Simon Dushinsky and Fortis Property Group LLC were the buyers. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
