DENVER-Antelope Investments, a real estate firm based in Dallas, has acquired the Sierra Vista Apartments, a 209-unit apartment complex at 8851 E. Florida Ave. in Denver, for $12.08 million. The complex was sold by New York-based Coolidge Sierra LLC.

Many units in the apartment complex, constructed in 1976, are backed by the Housing Assistance Payments program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
