MIAMI-Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has closed the sale of a waterfront hotel in downtown Miami. The RFR Holding Corporation has sold the Continental Bayside Hotel, a 243-room hotel situated across from Bayfront Park, for $13.5 million.
The hotel was purchased by a joint venture between The Carlyle Group and Insite Group. It comprises meeting rooms, a fitness center and an eatery and lobby bar.
