REDMOND, WA-Archstone, an apartment owner and operator based in Englewood, Colorado, has sold an apartment property in Redmond, Washington. Essex Property Trust, a real estate investment trust based in Palo Alto, California, has paid $150.1 million for Archstone Redmond Hill, an 882-unit apartment complex at 6110 186th Place N.E.
The complex, situated near the headquarters of Microsoft Corp., sits on 42 acres of land. Marty Leith and Kenny Dudunakis with Hendricks & Partners started marketing the Puget Sound area property in June. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
