LEEDS, UK-A fund operated by Orion Capital Managers has purchased a 50% interest in the White Rose Office Park, a 470,000-square-foot development in Leeds. The deal has been signed as specialist property investment company Munroe K, the owner of the White Rose Office Park, is preparing for the next phase of extension at the 27-acre Business Park.
