GOODYEAR, AZ-PrivatePortfolio Group of Seattle has acquired Aldea at Estrella Falls, a 328-unit apartment community at 2400 N. Bullard Ave. in Goodyear, for an amount of $32.8 million. The complex was sold by a partnership between Trammel Crow Residential of Austin and Globe Corp. of Scottsdale.
The apartment complex, constructed in 2008, was 93% occupied at closing. Asher Gunter, Sean Cunningham and Tyler Anderson with Phoenix-based CB Richard Ellis represented the partnership in the sale. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
