MENOMONEE FALLS, WI-R.J. Schinner Co. has purchased a building measuring 160,000 square feet in Menomonee Falls for $5 million from Maysteel LLC. The company will use the building, which is situated in the Menomonee Falls Industrial Park, as distribution facility.
Maysteel listed the property on the market for more than $7 million, but 90 days ago, the listing price came down to roughly $5.9 million. Schinner will relocate from its New Berlin operations to the Menomonee Falls building. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
