
CHARLOTTE, NC-Greensboro-based Bell Partners Inc. has sold the Terraces at SouthPark and Cotswold Village retail centers in Charlotte to Beachwood, Ohio-based Developers Diversified Realty Corp. for a total amount of $85 million. Cotswold Village is a 265,000-square-foot center situated at the junction of Randolph and Sharon Amity Roads.
The 29,000-square-foot Terraces at SouthPark center is situated near the junction of Fairview and Sharon roads. CB Richard Ellis Group Inc.'s Mike Burkard and Casey Rosen represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
