OCEANSIDE, CA-Westwood-based California Landmark Group has acquired an apartment building comprising 64 units in Oceanside. The firm has bought the Villa Pacific complex for an amount of $8.19 million.
The Villa Pacific acquisition was the second deal for California Landmark Group in the San Diego area. Last September, the company bought the Serenata Townhomes in San Diego's College Grove area.
