
HOUSTON-According to a Houston Chronicle report, real estate experts predict that the sale of Hess Tower, an 844,000-square-foot office tower located in downtown Houston, could fetch as high as $444 million, which translates into $525 per square foot. Trammell Crow Co. was the developer of the 29-floor office building completed in 2010. Hess Corp. is the sole occupant of the building located close to the George R. Brown Convention Center.
