GREENFIELD, WI-Krukowski & Costello SC has recently sold its 41,400-square-foot office building in Greenfield for $1.06 million. The law firm sold the property to a partnership that includes Greendale, Wisconsin-based Campbell Corp. and Brookfield-based Medical Systems Inc. owners.
The office building is located at 7111 W. Edgerton Ave. adjoining Southridge Mall. The law firm sold the Greenfield office building after moving into an 8,103-square-foot space in The Brewery redevelopment.
