
GAITHERSBURG, MD-Saul Centers Inc. has acquired three shopping centers located in the Baltimore-Washington region for a total price of $168.5 million. The REIT has bought Kentlands Square, a 241,000-square-foot retail center in Gaithersburg, for $74.5 million, and Severna Park Marketplace, a 254,000-square-foot center in Severna Park, for $61 million. The Company purchased Cranberry Square, a 140,000-square-foot center in Westminster, for $33 million.
