SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Gilbert-based Strategic Real Estate IV LLC has acquired 26 units at 5995 N. 78th Place in Scottsdale for a total amount of $1.9 million. The company has purchased the units in the Bella Vita condo conversion project from Carlsbad, California-based SCE Property LLC.
