NEW YORK CITY-According a familiar source, the Chera family's Crown Acquisitions and Norman Sturner's Murray Hill Properties are purchasing a 500,000-square-foot tower located at 530 Fifth Avenue from Joseph Moinian and Joseph Chetrit. However, other details of the deal are yet to be known.

The building, built in 1956, is leased to Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance and JPMorgan Chase. Syms/Filene's, Fossil and Lenscrafter are some of the retail tenants of the building. For the full story, go to New York Post .
