AUSTIN, TX-Jacksonville, Florida-based Regency Centers Corp. has purchased Tech Ridge Center, an 187,529-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at I-35 and Parmer Lane in North Austin. Financial terms of the transaction were not revealed, but the stated asking price was close to $70 million.
HEB is the anchor tenant in the shopping center and other tenants include Massage Envy, Petco, Office Depot and Subway. The center, which has 30,000 square feet of undeveloped space, is 93% occupied. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
