
AURORA, CO-Crossbeam Capital LLC, a private real estate investment firm based in Bethesda, Maryland, has purchased Summitt Ridge, a mid-rise apartment complex consisting of 360 units at 8330 E. Quincy Ave. in Aurora, for $31.15 million. The complex, situated near the Denver Tech Center, was sold by Chicago-based Trilogy Real Estate Group.
Crossbeam plans to improve the units and raise the rents in order to increase the net operating income. The seller was represented by Mountain States Moran & Co. in the deal. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
