
NEW YORK CITY-Vornado Realty Trust signed a contract last week to purchase a boutique rental building situated in the center of the Upper East Side for roughly $170 million. The rental building located 11 East 68th Street comprises two residential wings with 5,000 square feet of shops along Madison Ave. and a parasol entrance on E. 68th St.
ABRO Management, the seller, purchased the property in 2008 for $191.8 million. Eastdil Secured's Douglas Harmon and Adam Spies marketed the building for ABRO Management. For the full story, go to New York Post .
