CUPERTINO, CA-American Realty Advisors has purchased Cupertino City Center I & II, a two-building office complex situated at 20300 and 20330 Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cupertino. According to industry sources, the office complex has been sold for $120 million. A partnership comprising Westbrook Partners, Walton Street Capital, Four Corners Properties and Lane Partners is the owner of the property.
