MUKWONAGO, WI-Madison-based Sara Investment Real Estate LLC has purchased an industrial building in Mukwonago for $1.75 million with plans to lease it to Gearbox Express. The Dickman Co. Inc./CORFAC International, which listed the property for sale, said that the 43,164-square-foot facility, located at 909 Perkins Drive, was purchased by an associate of Sara.
