LARKSPUR, CA-The New Home Co. has purchased a 16.8-acre residential development site in Marin County for an undisclosed price. The company has bought the Niven Nursery property situated in Larkspur with plans to restart the long-stalled project.
The 85-home project will include 29 single-family homes, 50 senior housing, 6 cottage-style homes and a park on a 2.43-acre parcel.
