FRANKLIN, TN-Dallas-based Crow Holdings Capital Partners LLC has bought Wyndchase Aspen Grove, an apartment community consisting of 560 units at 3100 Aspen Grove Drive in Franklin, for $71.5 million. The property was sold by Aventura, Florida-based Trade Street Capital.
The sales price equates to almost $127,678 per unit. The property changed hands in 2003 for $50 million. David Gutting, Denny St. Romain, Derrick Bloom and Vince Lefler from Jones Lang LaSalle's Atlanta office negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
