LIVERMORE, CA-Westcore Properties has acquired the Greenville Business Center, a four-building Class A industrial center spanning 475,099 square feet at Las Positas Road and Lawrence Drive in Livermore, from Property Reserve Inc. for $23.3 million. The center, which sits on 24.81 acres of plot, contains 18 warehouse/distribution units.
