ENCINITAS, CA-Terramar Retail Centers LLC has purchased Encinitas Village, a neighborhood retail center spanning 183,675 square feet at Encinitas Boulevard and El Camino Real in Encinitas, from a private investment company. The center is anchored by an 11,000-square-foot Trader Joe's, a 25,473-square-foot CVS Drug and a 43,400-square-foot Ralphs Grocery.
