LONDON-Grantland Limited has sold its Grade A office and retail property located at 95 Aldwych in London to Arbel Holdings Limited for GBP 15.9 million. Arbel Holdings has bought the freehold interest in the property measuring 30,394 square feet. In the deal, the seller was represented by Franc Warwick, while the buyer was represented by Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP.
