SCHAUMBURG, IL-The Streets of Woodfield, a shopping center located at 601 N. Martin Road in Schaumburg, has been placed on the market for sale. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P.'s Chicago office is handling the sale of the property affected by a legal dispute between its lender, Bank of America, majority owner, Joseph Freed & Associates and minority owner, Kimco Realty Corp.
