STUTTGART, GERMANY-Pramerica Real Estate Investors has created a joint venture company, PBC Preco S.a.r.l., with Herbert Kramer of hkm Management AG to develop German Boblingen retail center. The new Luxembourg-based joint venture has an investment capacity of about EUR 120 million, which will be utilized for the purchase of the site and construction of the shopping center in Boblingen near Stuttgart.
