KENNESAW, GA-HSI Properties LLC, a company that is constructing the $25-million Enclave apartment development in Wauwatosa, WI, is expanding into the Atlanta area. The company has purchased an industrial building measuring 82,800 square feet in Kennesaw for $3.8 million.
The building is presently leased to Regal Lager Inc. HSI Properties will lease 56,000 square feet to Derse Inc. and 27,000 square feet to Regal Lager.
