
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Stiles has closed the sale of an office building in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The company has sold Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre, a 23-story, 408,079-square-foot office and retail building at 401 East Las Olas Blvd., to 401 East Las Olas LLC for roughly $164 million.
Stiles developed the property in 2002 and owned it along with local investors. San Francisco-based Shorenstein Company acquired a majority stake in the partnership in 2005. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
