RESTON, VA-BGP Properties Ltd. has sold a three-building office campus totaling 254,453 square feet in Reston. Grosvenor Americas has paid $63 million for The Campus at Sunrise.
The low-rise buildings, which sit on 11 acres of land on Sunrise Valley Drive, were constructed in the late 1980s. Tenants in the Reston office campus include government contractors as well as consulting, technology and financial services. Grosvenor Americas holds 1.5 million square feet of office, hotel and retail space in Washington. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
