HOUSTON-Braun Enterprises based in Houston has purchased four properties totaling 12,630 square feet located at 1643 Richmond and 1601-1625 Richmond in Montrose. The properties are one office building and three retail buildings situated on a 1.4-acre site at Mandell and Richmond. The Harp Irish Pub, Maria Selma's Mexican Restaurant, Orange Bar and Lucky Burger are the tenants of the properties.
