TAMPA, FL-Colliers International Tampa Bay has completed the sale of an industrial property in Tampa. BB&T has sold the warehouse measuring 167,316 square feet at 4907 Joanne Kearney Blvd. for an amount of $5.2 million.
The industrial property was purchased by Tampa-based Chadwell Supply, a provider of flooring services and maintenance supplies for apartment communities.
