BIRMINGHAM, UK-Henderson UK Property Fund has purchased a retail warehouse unit measuring 28,000 square feet in Birmingham for about GBP 4 million. The company has acquired Dunelm Mill Unit from Mayfair Capital.
The unit is leased to Dunelm Mill. Gerald Eve represented Henderson and Edgeley Simpson Howe represented Mayfair Capital in the deal. Recently, Henderson has sold the 70,000-square-foot Hunts Cross Retail Park property to DTZ IM for about GBP 8.5 million. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
