SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Herberger Enterprises Inc. has sold two retail centers situated at the corner of Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard to an investor based in Los Angeles. The company has sold Scottsdale Shea East Plaza and Scottsdale Shea Center for a combined $50.3 million.
