FORT WORTH-Hillwood Communities has purchased 52 acres of commercial and residential land at the northeast corner of Beach Street, Golden Triangle Boulevard and F.M. 1709 in North Fort Worth for development. The future development will create a community in the area.
Hillwood is planning to sell the land for commercial use, such as restaurants, medical office, grocery and a gas station.
