PHOENIX-Shawnee Mission, Kansas-based VT Inc. has acquired Ironhorse at Tramonto, a 324-unit apartment community at 34807 N. 32nd Drive in Phoenix, for $30.5 million or about $94,136 per unit. Massachusetts-based Ironhorse Phoenix Holdings LLC was the seller of the apartment complex.

The complex, constructed in 2004, was 94% occupied at the time of closing. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Phoenix-based Colliers International, and the seller was represented by Phoenix-based Apartment Realty Advisors. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
