
KAHULUI, HI-Fergus & Co., a real estate investment firm based in Honolulu, has bought a Maui industrial park for an undisclosed price. The firm has purchased the Wakea Business Center II, which contains three warehouse structures totaling 61,500 square feet in Kahului, from an arm of Alexander & Baldwin Inc.
The property sits on a 4.4-acres land. Major tenants in the business park include Audio Visual Headquarters Corp., Menehune Water Co. and Time Warner Entertainment. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
