FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-REIT Delavaco Properties Inc.'s subsidiary has purchased the Prospect Road apartment portfolio, a three-property portfolio located in Oakland Park and Fort Lauderdale, from a private bank for $2,250,000. The 56-unit portfolio has three two-floor garden apartment buildings at 240 NW 42nd Street and at 1007 and 999 West Prospect Road. All units are two-bedroom apartments with one bathroom.
