LONDON-Aurum Real Estate and Boultbee have collaborated with Epsilon Real Estate Partners to acquire a block of 47 apartments in London's Victoria for a combined GBP 50 million. The apartments, situated on Ebury Street, contains one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

This joint acquisition follows the sale of a Waitrose grocery in Canterbury for GBP 15 million. Epsilon Developments, managed by Douglas Lister, will develop as well as manage the renovation and sales of the apartments. For the full story, go to Property Week .
