
LONDON-International property fund manager Cordea Savills has closed the acquisition of two properties for a total amount of approximately GBP 10 million for its UK Income and Growth Fund. The firm has acquired Apollo Park, a mixed-use development near Warrington, and a mixed-use development in Jermyn Street, London.
Apollo Park is leased to tenants including Harvester, Starbucks and Travelodge. The Jermyn Street property contains a retail unit on the ground-floor space and basement leased to Russell & Bromley. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
