GLASGOW, UK-LXB Retail Properties Plc has purchased 118 acres of land at Corton in South East Ayr for GBP 7.075 million from John Lynch (Builders) Ltd. for a retail development. The site forms the first stage of the South East Ayr Masterplan.
The site will house a District Retail Centre containing a foodstor, unit shops, business space and nearly 800 residential units. LXB is expecting to make an explicit application in March 2012 for the District Centre. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
