NEW YORK CITY-A lot of investors purchasing hotels are slowing down, such as the public companies and REITs, but private entities are starting to get more involved, said Michael Cahill, chief executive and founder of HREC Investment Advisors. He spoke here at the recent RealShare Hotels conference with GlobeSt.com's Ryan Clark.
